Legality rating, a recognition of Quisisana's ethics

Italy introduced the so-called Legality Rating in 2012 to combat corruption and illegal and irresponsible behavior inherent in the production system. In this way, those organizations that, on the other hand, make the legality and ethics of their behavior a daily modus operandi are rewarded.

What is the Legality Rating

The Quisisana Accredited Private Hospital immediately requested the Rating to confirm its transparency and quality policy.

The Legality Rating is a tool created by the Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) which rewards those companies that respect the law, that are transparent and that operate according to sound ethical principles.

The recognition is evaluated through a score between a minimum of one "star" and a maximum of three "stars". The first star is achieved by companies that comply with all mandatory regulatory requirements. For the additional scores, on the other hand, voluntary tools such as Model 231, Corporate Social Responsibility activities etc. are needed. The Rating therefore provides for three levels of membership: for the minimum (1 star), it is sufficient to comply with the requirements of the legislation in force, for the maximum (3 stars) it is essential to meet those voluntary requirements established by the Authority itself.

There are also intermediate scores between one star and another. In fact, according to the tools you have, you can get scores such as one star and one plus (* +) or one star and two plus (* ++) or two stars and one plus (** +) or two stars and two plus (** ++).
