How does the collection of reports

The collection of medical reports can be carried out at the referring clinics, be they medical or surgical. In the event that it is not possible to proceed with the withdrawal in person, it will be necessary to guarantee the delegate a document certifying the authorization. All accompanied by valid identity documents (both of the delegating party and of the delegate). Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain the required documentation.
In most cases, it is possible to obtain the report in question on the same day as the exam takes place. However, there are exceptions, given for example by tests that require lengthy image processing. Same goes for some blood tests. In such cases you will receive a notice from the Quisisana secretariat. The structure also offers an SMS sending service, in order to guarantee a reminder for the collection of the documentation produced.
