In order to access the outpatient activity of the Quisisana Private Hospital, it is necessary to make a reservation through the Ferrara Local Health Authority (CUP, pharmacies, etc.) and pay the relevant fee at the Quisisana Acceptance Office. The services accredited with the National Health Service can be provided without any charge for the patient except for the payment of a fee according to the regulations in force.

At the time of acceptance it is essential to have:

• CUP reservation
• request from the Family Doctor
• any clinical documentation and previous diagnostic test reports
