How to book an exam at Quisisana
There are several booking points for all services accredited with the National Service. Here is where it is possible to submit a request for an exam relating to medical and surgical activities:
- CUP-enabled pharmacies
- CUP branches of the Local Health Authority of Ferrara
- Service Center of the Hospital
- By calling the toll-free number 800 532000: service available from 8.00 to 17.00, from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 8.00 to 13.00)
Documents needed
In order to be able to book an exam regularly, it is necessary to have the following documents:
- Request of the Family Doctor
- Valid identity card
- Valid tax code
How to request online booking of services in a private regime
On the homepage of the Quisisana website you can easily locate the "
Request your visit" button. This provides access to the relevant information area. All medical and surgical activities are listed there. By clicking on the area of interest, you will be able to access the relevant data sheet.
Not only will you get more information about the examination itself, but at the bottom of the page you will be able to click on the
'Reservation Request Form' button. This allows you to enter your sensitive data, as well as your medical preference and the name of your family doctor.
