Casa di Cura Quisisana supports IBO Italy - ODV-ETS with a donation for youth volunteer camps

Casa di Cura Quisisana has decided to support the IBO Italia - ODV-ETS project with a donation for youth volunteering camps. The initiative aims to involve young people in socially useful activities, promoting fundamental values such as peace, solidarity and respect for human rights.
Every summer, IBO Italy - ODV-ETS organises residential volunteering camps that represent an important training opportunity for young participants, from minors to adults. These camps not only offer an experience of personal growth, but also contribute to the development of relational and professional skills. The main objective is to increase the sense of belonging to the community and foster the development of valuable relationships. In some cases, this experience can also open the way to job opportunities.

A collaboration for integration and solidarity

‘The collaboration came about spontaneously, given our mission to care for the fragile segments of our community,’ said Giorgio Piacentini, President of the Quisisana Treatment Centre; and he continued, ’We are particularly happy to contribute to the realisation of the IBO Italy Volunteer Camp in Quartesana (FE) at the Imoletta Foundation, where the 10 young people who will participate this summer will work alongside and in relation with the disabled children who look after the vegetable garden.
